Issue
Dell laptop is unable to see or join any Wi-Fi networks, including UO Secure.

UO Managed Windows Laptop
Description
At home and on campus, the affected computer was unable to see or join Wi-Fi networks. This persisted after several reboots and after running all available updates.
Resolution
The following fix requires administrator permissions:
- Go to Services,
- Right-click WLAN AutoConfig and select Properties.
- If the Service status is Stopped, click Start.
- Set Startup type to Automatic.
- Click Apply > OK to save the new changes.
The WLAN AutoConfig service was stopped and was set to manual, so it was not functioning as it should. Setting it back to Automatic should solve the issue.
