Configuring and Installing Virtual Printer Queues for iOS Devices

Overview

This page will provide instructions for installing virtual printer queues on personal iOS devices to print to printers managed by PaperCut.  

Solution

1. From Duckprints Installer Page click on Download
   1. A pop-up will appear that says This website is trying to download a configuration profile.  Do you want to allow this? Click Yes
   2. You will see a pop-up that says Profile Downloaded Review the profile in Settings app if you want to install it. Click Close
2. On the iPad or iPhone home page, select Settings
   1. Click on Profile Downloaded
   2. A Install Profile page will appear for PaperCut Mobility Print for iOS.  Click Install
   3. Enter your device's passcode and click Install
   4. Click Done
   5. You will be on a VPN and Device Management page. You will now see a configuration profile installed called PaperCut Mobility Print for iOS
3. Select the file or document you wish to print 
   1. Choose print
      1. You may see a notice on your iPad or iPhone that says Attention:  Your document has been held in a queue.  Before the document will be printed, you will need to long into the web interface provided or a release station and release your document.  Click OK.
   2.  You will now see two new printer options
      1. FindMeBw 
      2. FindMeColor
   3. Choose print 
4. Release the print job from desired printer
