AI Subscription-based Licenses Purchase Request

Faculty and Staff use this service to request subscription-based AI licenses. You can also use this service to request the reallocation of one of these licenses to another person at the UO or cancel your license. Currently available AI subscriptions are:

• Microsoft Copilot 365

Automatic Renewal Notice

Important: Microsoft Copilot 365 licenses (or any other licenses available to purchase from this page) will automatically be renewed at the Microsoft annual renewal date unless we receive notice by the license cancellation deadline that a license or licenses should not be renewed.

• Microsoft Annual Renewal Date: January 1st
• License Cancellation Deadline: Friday prior to Thanksgiving

You can request cancellation of a license by either:

1. Submitting a help request by clicking Request Subscription on this page (top right), then choosing "Request to Cancel AI License" as the request type.
2. Responding to the annual License Renewal Confirmation email sent out to billing managers and IT managers each year.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information:

• Appropriate affiliation with the UO (Microsoft Software Availability by Affiliation)
• Fund index to charge
• Acceptance of associated AI Terms of Use

Availability and Access

You can expect this service to be completed in 14 business days.
