How to Request Support

To request support, select the request type.

Access/removal to the following data centers

General support from the IS data centers

Tenants not affiliated with the University to report general concerns, or issues.

This service is for non-UO affiliated tenants who need data center services and support.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.

UO outside contractors, IT staff.
