This service queue is for public tenants not affiliated with the University of Oregon who have equipment in the Oregon Hall data center located on campus. Requests will be routed to the Information Services Data Center Operations team, including but no limited to:
- New fiber or cabling requests
- Report changes to existing equipment
- Report a problem with data center equipment
- Report changes in your staffing
- For use by tenants with a contract in place, who must request escorted site visits
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide:
- Title (short description of the request)
- Company name
- Detailed description of the request
