This service queue is for tenants not affiliated with the University of Oregon, either Commercial Service Providers or Local and State Agencies, with an Co-Location Agreement to request support from the UO Data Center. Requests will be routed to the Information Services Data Center Operations team, including but no limited to:
- New fiber or cabling requests
- Submit an equipment modification request for an upgrade or replacement of the present equipment
- Submit a final inventory of Licensee Equipment.
- Request to schedule an in-person installation review with Data Center Operations
- Notify us of a vendor access visit to the data center
- Notify us of a security breach on the premises involving your equipment or personnel
- Report a problem with data center equipment
- For use by tenants with a contract in place, who must request escorted site visits
Note: Tenants must have authorized access. To request access, follow the terms of your organization's agreement.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide:
- Title (short description of the request)
- Company name
- Detailed description of the request
- Are you the Primary Technical Contact (PCT)?
- What do you need help with?
- Upload License Agreement

Note:
- All visits to the data center should be of a business nature and should be scheduled during our normal business hours if not urgent in nature.
- Final Inventory of Licensee Equipment must be submitted by the Primary Technical Contact. It should include row, cabinet, vertical unit, and equipment network name or model number as an identifier.
