This service is for public tenants not affiliated with the University of Oregon and UO Staff, Faculty, to report general concerns, or issues, with a UO Data Center, such as (and others):

  • Water leaks
  • Problems with the door or card reader
  • Smells
  • Strange Items
  • Uncleaniness
  • Rodents/Pests
  • Safety
  • Injuries
  • Others

How to Report a Concern

To request support click Report Concent (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
