This service allows users to request personnel access or removal of personnel access to the following data centers:
- Allen Hall
- Oregon Hall
- Computing Center
Notes:
- For non-UO users, requests must be submitted by the primary contact for your organization.
- For UO users, requests must be submitted by your supervisor or department's colocation MOU holder.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
Availability and Access
Data center tenants and their IT technicians.
Approval from those in charge of equipment, service(s) or colocation MOUs is required before access will be granted.
All individuals with access shall complete a data center safety training and orientation for each facility prior to accessing that facility.
