- Allen Hall
- Oregon Hall
- Computing Center
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
Availability and Access
Data center tenants and their IT technicians.
Approval is required before access will be granted:
- For non-UO users, requests must be submitted by the primary contact for your organization.
- UO users, for IT staff, requests must be submitted by your director. For department's, access request must come from the colocation MOU holder.
All individuals with access shall complete a data center safety training and orientation for each facility prior to accessing that facility.
