How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

Data center tenants and their IT technicians.

Approval is required before access will be granted:

For non-UO users, requests must be submitted by the primary contact for your organization.
UO users, for IT staff, requests must be submitted by your director. For department's, access request must come from the colocation MOU holder.

All individuals with access shall complete a data center safety training and orientation for each facility prior to accessing that facility.
