Use this service to report issues pertaining to technology within classrooms, e.g. frozen touch panel, laptop not connecting to projector, etc.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support or report an issue click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.

  1. Type of Assistance (consultation, support, other)
  2. Building name
  3. Room Number
  4. Detailed description of the request

Availability and Access

This service is available to all current UO faculty, staff, and students.

NOTE: This is only meant for registrar-controlled and joint controlled classrooms. If you have a technology issue in a department-controlled classroom, please contact your regional unit.
