How to Create a Ticket

To request support or report an issue click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.

  1. Type of Assistance (consultation, support, other)
  2. Building name
  3. Room Number
  4. Detailed description of the request

Availability and Access

Current UO faculty, staff, and students

UO faculty and staff may receive IT support from department or unit IT staff. Please see this link for contact information for your respective department or unit.
