How do I use Do Not Disturb in Microsoft Teams?

Set Online Status to Do Not Disturb

Setting your status to Do not disturb will automatically forward your calls according to the call answering rules you have established for unanswered calls. Additionally, your online status can be set to expire after a set time period.

Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the Teams application, which will be located by your profile picture or initials if you do not have a profile picture set. Click your current status to adjust and then click Duration.

Select the profile avatar, select Status, then select Duration.

Set the status to Do not disturb and select the appropriate time to Reset status after.

A custom setting can be applied to choose the date and time to reset your status to sync with your calendar. Click Done to save.
