Configuring and Installing Virtual Printer Queues for Windows Devices

Overview

Learn how to install virtual printer queues on personal Windows devices to print to printers managed by PaperCut.

Process

  1. From Duckprints Installer Page, click Download
  2. Go to your Downloads folder
  3. Click on pc-mobility-print-printer-setup-1.0.250[is-duckprints] 
  4. Click on English
  5. Click on Accept to accept the End User License Agreement
  6. Place check marks in front of  both FindMeBW and FindMeColor 
  7. Sign in with your Duck ID and password 
  8. The virtual printer queues are now installed
