Issue 2: "Network not in Range" error while running connection process

Resolution: Forget the network and reconnect

  1. Off campus: This is normal, and your device should connect automatically when you come to campus. (The error message may also say your password may be incorrect—which may be true if you get to campus and your device doesn't connect automatically; see below.)
  2. On campus: Your password is likely incorrect. You may need to start the process over again, or visit the Technology Service Desk for help.

  3. Turn the Wi-Fi back on with the same toggle and select UO Secure.
  4. You will then be presented with a knew keychain prompt - enter your device keychain password and press Always Allow.
    1. Do not press Enter/Return - this will default to a single time allow.
