Spam Filtering

Service Description

Our spam filter, Proofpoint, evaluates incoming e-mail messages to determine if they are spam (unsolicited e-mail). If the software determines the message to be spam, that message is quarantined and eventually deleted.

Spam filtering is on by default for all new e-mail accounts.

Click on the Request Help button for assistance with adding to your safe senders list, blocking senders, changing your digest options, etc.
