For User Support Services supported departments requiring support related to Active Directory, Exchange, and general system administration level server support.

Request types may be but are not limited to:  

  • departmental server support
  • mail-enabling AD groups
  • mail-enabling unmanaged AD users
  • configuring mailbox types (shared, equipment, room)
  • creating room lists
  • configuring calendar processing automation
  • consultation with users

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
