To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

Availability and Access
Students and Employees of the University are eligible for refunds of their Duck Bucks when they are leaving the University (Graduation/Withdrawal/Retirement/Termination, etc.) and they have a balance of $5.00 or more.
Note: International Students: Duck Bucks are refunded in US currency. It is suggested that international students spend down their remaining Duck Bucks before leaving campus
