Slate SSEM Support Request (Connect CRM)

Staff, students, and faculty use this service to request support for the Student Services & Enrollment Management (SSEM) instance of Slate (Connect CRM), including but not limited to:

  • Access requests
  • Reporting an issue
  • Feature requests

How to Request Support

To request support, click Request Support (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within two business days. Requests for support will be prioritized based on urgency and submission order.

This service is available to SSEM employees and faculty with demonstrated business needs.
