Faculty and staff use this service for the Division of Graduate Studies Slate Insight CRM for graduate admissions support and access:
- Access requests
- Reporting an issue
- Technical assistance
- Feature requests
Note: For access to the Insight database, you will need to submit one access request per program and provide the name of the Department Head/Dean who can approve access. They will be emailed to approve access.
How to Request Support
To request support, click Request Support (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within two business days. Requests for support will be prioritized based on urgency and submission order.
This service is available to faculty, staff, graduate employees, and students with demonstrated business needs. The Division of Graduate Studies controls access to specific data within the database.
