Faculty and Staff use this service to request subscription-based Microsoft licenses that are part of the Office 365 app family. You can also use this service to request the reallocation of one of these licenses to another person at the UO or cancel your license. Commonly requested app subscriptions are:
- Project Online
- Visio Online
- Power BI Premium
- Power Automate (formerly Flow)
- Teams Room
- Other (please describe)
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Request License (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
Request to Purchase Subscription |
- Name of product that requestor would like to purchase
- Quantity (if multiple)
- Email address of users to allocate once purchasing is complete
- Fund Index to charge
- Date needed by
- Faculty/Staff sponsor (in case of a student request)
- DuckDepot Order # (conditional: must be provided if the user has already purchased the license)

Request to Reallocate Subscription |
- Name of product for which user would like subscription reallocated
- Email address(es) of user(s) currently assigned
- Email address(es) of user(s) to be assigned
- Date to enact reallocation
- Faculty/Staff sponsor (in case of a student request)

Request To Cancel Subscription |
- Name of product for which user would like subscription cancelled
- Email address(es) of user(s) currently assigned
- Date to enact cancellation

Availability and Access
You can expect the service to be completed in 14 business days.
Current faculty and staff. Students may be considered for approval with faculty/staff sponsor.
