Smartsheet Support Request

Use this service to request Smartsheet support, including but not limited to:

  • New licensed account
  • Upgrade unlicensed account to licensed account
  • Transfer existing license to someone else
  • Add Group Admin permission
  • Terminate license
  • Report an issue

Automatic Renewal Notice

Important: Smartsheet licenses will automatically be renewed at the Smartsheet annual renewal date unless we receive notice by the license cancellation deadline that a license or licenses should not be renewed.

  • Smartsheet Annual Renewal Date: July 1st
  • License Cancellation Deadline: Third Friday in June

You can request cancellation of a license by either:

  1. Submitting a help request by clicking Create a Ticket on this page.
  2. Responding to the annual License Renewal Confirmation email sent out to billing managers and IT managers each year.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

Licensed accounts are for individuals who will need to build/create sheets, reports, dashboards, etc., in Smartsheet. For new licensed account requests, account upgrade requests, and license transfer requests, you will need to provide a fund index code to charge the license fee.

Cost

Currently, the cost of a Smartsheet license is $450.00 per user per year. The cost of the license is prorated through June 30 each year.

You can expect this service to be completed in 15 business days.
