COE-CTL Server Support Request

College of Education faculty and staff use this service to request support for Center for Teaching (CTL) and Learning shared file storage, including, but not limited to:

  • ​​​​​Create New Grant Folder
  • Create New User Defined Folder
  • Increase storage size
  • Modify Permissions on a folder
  • Remove Folder Access Permissions
  • Request server access
  • Restore Deleted File
  • Restore File/Folder from Archive Server
  • Restore File/Folder from backup
  • Dropbox Support for support with Dropbox.
  • Others (please describe)

How to Create a Ticket
