How Do I Access Adobe Software?

Students are eligible to access Adobe Express on their personal devices, or access the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite in all managed computer labs on campus.

  • Adobe Express is a cloud-based design platform geared towards mainstream users where they can create videos, PDF documents, web pages, graphics and other digital assets.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of applications from Adobe that includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and Acrobat among others.

To access Adobe Express in a web browser:

  1. Go to the Adobe Express website
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Enter your UO email address (duckid@uoregon.edu).
    • If prompted, select the Company or School Account option. A personal account will not have access to Adobe Express via the university.
  4. Enter your Duck ID username and password, then verify your identity with Duo.
  5. Under All Apps, find Adobe Express and click Open.

To access Adobe Creative Cloud:

Students can access Adobe Creative Cloud applications in all managed computer labs on campus. Student access for Adobe does not allow download or installation of Creative Cloud software on personal devices.

Select an account dialog boxIf you already have a personal account, you will be prompted to pick which account you want to log into. There is a Personal Account or Company or School Account option. You can log into either, but files stored in one account will not be accessible from the other account. Choose Company or School Account to access the Adobe Creative Cloud apps available to you as a UO student.

Personal Adobe Accounts: A Personal Adobe account is not affiliated with the UO in any way, even if you use your @uoregon.edu email address to sign into it.

For any issues related to your Personal Adobe account, including subscriptions, billing, refunds, technical support, etc., you'll need to reach out to Adobe Support directly.

UO's IT Support teams do not have access to Personal Adobe accounts and the UO is not responsible for any issues that may arise related to a Personal Adobe account.
