Viewing and Navigating Confluence HTML Exports

Purpose

This article is intended to guide Confluence admins through the process of viewing and navigating Confluence HTML export files.

Process

  1. Locate and download most recent Confluence Export folder.
  2. Open the file to extract the content to a preferred folder location.
  3. Open exported folder and locate the index.html file.
  4. Launch the index.html file

This should allow you to see all pages from the exported site with hyperlinked content.
