Use this service to request Confluence support, including but not limited to:

  • Request a Confluence account
  • Request a new Confluence space
  • Request help with an existing space
  • Other (please describe)

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.

  • Employees in Information Services
  • Campus employees in IT
  • Currently affiliated faculty, staff, and students who had an account at http://wiki.uoregon.edu

Access for IS/IT Collaboration

Confluence is also available to the following for limited periods of time:

  • Currently affiliated employees who are collaborating with IS or IT on projects
    • Access must be requested by an IS or IT Director, and is limited to 6 months at a time
  • Campus partners with Sponsored Duck IDs who are collaborating with IS or IT on projects
    • Access must be requested by an IS or IT director, and is limited to the end of the Duck ID sponsorship (75 days max)

Confluence is expected to be secured by the Administration in the following ways:

  • Confluence can only be accessed by people that are in one of the above lists of Available To users
  • Confluence can only be accessed on campus
  • Confluence must be logged into
  • Confluence pages, spaces, & content is expected to be secured by the users
