Issue
I want to recover a Zoom cloud recovering that I or the university recently deleted.
Process
If the recording has been in the Trash less than 30 days, you can temporarily recover it:
- Navigate to the UO Zoom web portal.
- In the left navigation menu, choose Recordings.
- Choose the Trash tab.
- Select the Recover link on the right. The recording will temporarily move back to your main Recordings page (on the Cloud recordings tab).
Permanent Deletion
If the cloud recording is no longer in the trash, that means it's been permanently deleted. At that point, it can’t be recovered — not even by Zoom.
