Scan-to-Email on Pay-to-Print Devices

Overview

The following documentation will outline the process to use the Scan to Email functionality on Pay-to-Print devices.

Process

  1. Place document you wish to scan in the device/printer.
  2. Login to the device​​​/printer.
  3. Press the Scan option.
    PaperCutMF three options:  Print Release, Access Device, and Scan
  4. Verify your email address is in the To field and press Start.

  6. Check your UO email account.
