Viewing and Modifying Report Schedules in Cognos

Overview

This article will provide instructions on viewing and modifying report schedules in Cognos Analytics.

Accessing and Modifying a Report Schedule

  1. Log in to Cognos and select the Personal menu. Select My schedules and subscriptions.Cognos personal menu access
  2. Switch the drop-down menu on the left to Review your schedules. To modify a schedule, hover your mouse over the report row and the Action menu button will appear to the right of the Priority column.

  3. Select the Modify this schedule item.
  4. Select your schedule by clicking on the arrow to the right. Adjust your schedule and select Save.
