CTX-managed HP printer experiencing paper jams, displaying errors, not printing from all trays.

Hello!
We are having a little trouble with our office printer. It occasionally brings up an update error which seems to clear after restarting. Most recently, it has stopped printing from tray 2 and we are not sure how to adjust the settings so that print jobs go to tray 2 instead of tray 1 (which has to be repeatedly loaded). I'm not sure if these two issues are related. Could we have some assistance troubleshooting?

CTX-managed printers are maintained by CTX and a request will need to be made to them.
