How to Scan-to-Email on PaperCut-managed MFDs

Overview

The following documentation will outline the process to use the Scan to Email functionality on PaperCut-managed multi-function devices (MFDs). 

Process

 

  1. Place document you wish to scan in the MFD
  2. Login to the MFD​​​
  3. Press the Scan option

  4. Verify your email address is in the To field and press Start
    PaperCut screen showing the To:, Subject, Filename fields. On the bottom right, is an option to change settings. Underneath is the Scan to Email process.
  5. Click Finish
    Success screen

  6. Check your UO email account!
