How to obtain or reset your PAC for DuckWeb

How do I obtain or reset my Personal Access Code (PAC) for accessing DuckWeb?

New Employee Instructions

Hired through MyTrack (faculty and staff)

Refer to the message provided in MyTrack regarding your PAC:

  1. Visit the UO Careers website
  2. Click the button for Sign In - Applicant Portal (top right)
  3. Select View Form (yellow box near the top)
  4. Follow the instructions on screen

Not hired through MyTrack (temps, non-system student employees, unpaid appointment holders, and others)

Gather what you need and then access DuckWeb:

  1. Get your UO ID number from your hiring department
  2. Get your temporary PAC from the Human Resource Service Center by emailing hrinfo@uoregon.edu or by calling 541-346-3159
  3. Log in to DuckWeb using your UO ID number and temporary PAC
  4. Follow the instructions on screen

Forgotten PAC Instructions

Option 1: Self-Service PAC Reset

  1. Visit the home page of DuckWeb.
  2. Enter your UO ID number and click the Forgot PAC? button
  3. Follow the instructions on screen

Option 2: Get Help

  • If you are currently or have ever been a UO student, you may request a PAC Reset online through the Office of the Registrar
  • Faculty and staff can get a PAC Reset from the Human Resource Service Center by emailing hrinfo@uoregon.edu or by calling 541-346-3159
