Add a course presentation in ANVILL in Canvas

Overview

Course Presentations allow you to create interactive, multimedia slide presentations. This helps engage your learners in content, and allows you to also include comprehension checks throughout the slides. It's a quick and simple way to enhance what you give and get from your course presentations relative to your students.

How to Create a Course Presentation in ANVILL:

1. Open the ANVILL lesson page you want to build on in Canvas.
2. Click on + Add Content
   
3. Click on the Course Presentation icon.
4. In the Create an H5P Course Presentation, type a title for your presentation in the blank Title field.
5. Click the green Create button in the lower right to create the presentation
6. Now that you have created the presentation, you will see it appear in you ANVILL lesson on the Canvas page.
7. You can now open the presentation back up, to begin creating it. Click on the green pencil icon in the circle, to open the Course Presentation editor/creation window.
8. Click on items in the gray toolbar to begin adding media and interaction.
   
9. When ready, click the green checkmark to save.
