Recommended Accessories for Microsoft Teams and Amazon Connect

Recommended Accessories

Below are the recommended accessories for use with Microsoft Teams. The USB headsets are also recommended for use with Amazon Connect (Amazon Web Services doesn't support or recommend the use of wireless headsets with Amazon Connect).

Please Note: Information Services is currently providing the Poly Blackwire 5220 USB headset upon request through their department phone coordinator to new employees who are assigned a phone number in Microsoft Teams.

To purchase headsets, please go to Duck Depot for current UO pricing and purchasing. Office Depot, Staples, B&H, CDW-G, and Dell sell these products.
