Below are the recommended accessories for use with Microsoft Teams and Cisco 8851 IP phones. The USB headsets are also recommended for use with Amazon Connect (Amazon Web Services doesn't support or recommend the use of wireless headsets with Amazon Connect).

If you purchase an accessory not included in this article we highly recommend that it is certified for use with Microsoft Teams.

For any ongoing problems after connectivity is established, the purchasing department must contact the vendor or manufacturer for further assistance.

USB Phone

  • Please note this device is not a stand alone phone. The USB phone needs to be plugged into a USB port, or connected via Bluetooth, on a computer that has the Microsoft Teams client installed. It is used to initiate and answer calls.  Any other action needs to be completed using the Teams desktop application (e.g. transferring a call).  The MP45 Call Control page lists the call controls.
