Service Description

Many IT departments on campus offer consulting assistance when selecting or implementing new technology solutions and services. Use this service to request help when looking at new technology tools, working on technology-related business process issues or other times you just need "general IT help".

Examples may include - inviting IT to new building or renovation meetings, including IT in RFI/RFP processes, inviting IT to listen in about a business process that is inefficient or ineffective in your department and planning a technology solution to improve it.
