Banner Maintenance Weekend Schedule

Overview

One weekend per month is typically designated for extended maintenance on Banner, as well as on DuckWeb, AppWorx, DuckDocs (OnBase), IDR (Cognos), and related services. This work will also affect the parts of MyUO that rely on DuckWeb.

Extended downtime during Banner maintenance weekends will occur only when needed. Information Services will communicate to users of affected services before such maintenance and share announcements in the Workplace newsletter to employees and the Quick Quack newsletter to students.

Please Note: Extended maintenance typically starts on Friday evenings at 7:00 p.m., during the standard weekly downtime for these services. Dates below reflect the adjacent Saturdays/Sundays.
