How to get or update DuckDocs access

Introduction

This article describes how to request or update access to the DuckDocs (OnBase) service.

Prerequisite for student employees and associates

Please Note: Beginning in June 2023, only student employees and campus associates must complete this step.
All other employee types including courtesy appointment holders may skip to Step 1.

Submit the Business Application Access Request Form to request a new DuckDocs account. Approval is required.

Be sure to list your Dean or Department Head in the Who needs to approve this request? to avoid processing delays.

Step 1: Activate your DuckDocs OnBase account

Visit DuckDocs and click the Launch OnBase Web Client button to log in. Logging in for the first time activates your new account.

If your workstation already has the OnBase Unity client installed, you can also log in to Unity activate your account.

Note: Upon first login, you may encounter a “Manage Locks” screen upon login if you have not yet received department-level access.

Step 2: Request departmental access

Complete this access form and email it to registrar@uoregon.edu.

Access to Graduate Employee E-PRFs:

Email the Division of Graduate Studies (graduatestudies@uoregon.edu) the following information:
