How to Request Help

Tickets can be submitted through the individual UO Service Portal entries. Clicking the link will take you to the services page, where you can select the category that you're having issues with. From there, you can select a specific topic and use the "Request Help" button on the right side to submit a ticket asking for assistance. If you are having trouble selecting which category to ask for help from, select the service that the issue seems most related to.

Information Services Technology Service Desk

University students, faculty, and staff can get help:

In Person
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Closed for official state holidays.

You can find us in room 68 in PLC, which is on the western portion of campus. Our street address is 1415 Kincaid Street. (view UO map view Google map)

Visit livehelp.uoregon.edu to start a chat support session.  Chat support is available 6am to 2am everyday.

 

College of Design

College of Design faculty and staff can get help:

Monday through Thursday, 8am to 8pm
Friday, 8am to 5pm
Closed for official state holidays.

Located in room 303 in the Erb Memorial Union. Use the elevator or stairs in the Northwest corner of the building. No other route provides access to our side of the 3rd floor. Give us a call or ask for directions at the ground floor information desk if you can't find us!

Evening and weekend support available for most classes and scheduled events

  • Entrance on north side of the building at 70 NW Couch Street, Portland, OR 97209
  • The front desk will direct you to an available technician.
  • Visit the UO Portland Library and Learning Commons (White Stage Block, Suite 172) during open hours for printing, scanning and other essential support.
