- A valid acceptable form of Photo ID
- Flock Card (UO ID card)
- Driver's license
- Passport
- Other state-issued ID
- A stable internet connection
- Good lighting and clear visibility of your face and ID
- A device with a webcam or front-facing camera
- Please note: to use a mobile device or a tablet for this process, you will have to download the free Microsoft Teams app from the appropriate app store. You can download it ahead of time, or you will be prompted to do so later while working with the team member.
After you've completed a call with one of our team members to verify your identity, your request will be escalated for further processing. You can expect to receive a response within 2-3 business days.
