- Request a building's door schedule to be changed
- Event space access can also be requested through this form
- For events in Justice Bean 1207, the associated restrooms are in the JB Commons which is accessible through the West Kitchen entrance

Requirements
- Information on what the change is
- The new time frame the building should be unlocked, or locked
- For what building
- When it needs to take effect
- For temporary changes, like for a holiday or a break, you can add in the description box when the change should start and end. With this, at the end date, the door schedule will return to its normal hours unless otherwise specified.

You can expect a response to your request within 1 business day.

For Immediate Assistance
If you are experiencing a physical problem with a door (lock is malfunctioning, door will not close, card reader malfunctioning) please call the Housing Duty Admin at 541-913-0043.
