University of Oregon use this service to onboard new University of Oregon Marketing Cloud
How to Request Onboarding
Access to Marketing Cloud by University of Oregon employees is managed and approved by University Advancement and University Communications, in partnership with University of Oregon Foundation contract and memorandum of understanding.
Marketing Cloud Access Criteria
University Advancement and University Communications are the two business units that use Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing automation and analytics software and services.
This platform integrates with Evergreen, a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software tailored for educational institutions’ advancement units.
Due to the limited number of seats, (31 for Advancement, 14 University Communications), access to Marketing Cloud is granted by the designees from each unit based on business needs.
Users must commit to protecting constituent privacy, completing prescribed training, and adhering to all system usage requirements outlined in the access request process for Evergreen.
Periodic audits of system access privileges are conducted to evaluate ongoing business need, with access privileges subject to revocation if need ceases or use policies are violated.
Who can request access to Marketing Cloud?
University of Oregon employees who are also members of either University Advancement or University Communications:

- The new employee submits the Data Use / Privacy form linked here
- An invitation will be sent from the individual's business unit, providing tailored training content and final access instructions
