UO Libraries Technology Offboarding/Status Change

UO Libraries Supervisors use this service to this service to request technology off-boarding of UO Library employees.

How to Request Libraries Tech Offboarding or Status change

To request support click Request Offboarding (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.

  1. Name of employee
  2. DuckID & 95 number
  3. Old status (NTTF, OA, Classified, Student, intern, contract, etc.)
  4. Type of Offboarding or status change
    1. Full Termination
    2. Change to contract or part-time
    3. Retiring
    4. Emeritus
    5. Other
  5. Last day of work/access to software (please note if these are not the same date)
  6. Do they have computer equipment USSAS should collect, and when (and where from)
  7. List of Libraries applications in which they have edit/configuration permissions, and if they should be removed entirely or modified
  • Alma/Primo (retain patron access or not?)
  • Springshare Apps (which, and who should take over pages or calendars, etc. if relevant)
  • Email lists, Teams groups (supervisor responsibility)
  • ArchiveIt, ArchiveSpace, Aviary, Preservice
  • Oregon Digital, ScholarsBank Admin
  • Website Analytics
  • Other

Note:  UO-level applications will be expired according to HR rules.
