How to Request Limit Exception
To request support click Request Exception (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
- What is the highest volume of messages you need to send in a day?
- Description of the mass email
- Sending address, if different than your Duck ID (for example if you are sending via a departmental or role account)
- List any accounts that may use delegate permission to send as the sending address
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 1 business day.
