UHS personnel use this service to request application support for non-clinical applications and clinical applications.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Request Support (top right of the page) and provide the requested information:

  1. Title (a brief description of your request)
  2. Type of application
    1. Non-clinical (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
    2. Clinical (EHR, Pharmacy, Laboratory, etc).
  3. Description of the request
  4. Need date (when do you need this?)

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
