UHS personnel use this service to request application support for non-clinical applications and clinical applications.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Request Support (top right of the page) and provide the requested information:
- Title (a brief description of your request)
- Type of application
- Non-clinical (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
- Clinical (EHR, Pharmacy, Laboratory, etc).
- Description of the request
- Need date (when do you need this?)
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
