How to Create a Ticket

To request support, click Get IT Help (top right of the page) and provide the requested information:

  1. Title: A brief description of your inquiry/request.
  2. Requestor: Who do we contact for the inquiry/request?
  3. Priority: Describes the impact of the inquiry/issue.
  4. Description: Details of the inquiry/request.

Availability and Access

You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
