University Health Services use this service to submit a general help ticket for a technology related question or technical support need.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support, click Get IT Help (top right of the page) and provide the requested information:
- Title: A brief description of your inquiry/request.
- Requestor: Who do we contact for the inquiry/request?
- Priority: Describes the impact of the inquiry/issue.
- Description: Details of the inquiry/request.
Availability and Access
You can expect a response to your request within 6 business hours.
