Request Access to the Administrator VPN

Use this service to request Administrator access, or remove access, to an administrator VPN.

How to Create a Ticket

To request Administrator VPN support for click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information.

1. Whether you want to add or remove access
2. Number of DuckIds you want to add or remove(at most 10, any more than 10 create a separate ticket)
3. DuckIds of people you want to add or remove
4. If requesting access, select the system/applications
5. Supporting documentation and description of the request
