How to Create a Ticket
To request support, click Create a Ticket (at the top right of the page) and provide the requested information.
Availability and Access
Research Administration Portal (RAP) support is available to all Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation (OVPRI) staff and RAP users.
Your request will be reviewed within two business days. Resolution timelines may vary depending on the complexity and any coordination needed with the vendor and/or other partners.
