Office of the Registrar personnel and departmental partners use this service to request updates to the Document Types and workflows in DuckDocs.
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Request Update (top right of the page) and provide the following information:
- Title (short description of your request)
- Is this a new doc type or workflow?
- Name of the doc type or workflow to be updated.
- Due Date/Deadline
- Priority/Importance
- Description (details of your request)
- Attachments (any additional relevant information)
