Office of the Registrar personnel and departmental partners use this service to request updates to the Document Types and workflows in DuckDocs.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Request Update (top right of the page) and provide the following information:

  • Title (short description of your request)
  • Is this a new doc type or workflow?
  • Name of the doc type or workflow to be updated.
  • Due Date/Deadline
  • Priority/Importance
  • Description (details of your request)
  • Attachments (any additional relevant information)
