Digital and Electronic Signature Services Support

Use this service to request support for electronic and digital signature options, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation about electronic signature options
  • Access to Adobe Sign Enterprise

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the requested information.  If you are requesting access to Adobe Sign Enterprise you will need to provide:

  1. Billing index (each agreement sent for signature with Adobe Sign Enterprise has a $1.21 fee)
  2. List of Duck IDs for users that are authorized to send agreements using this index.

Availability and Access

This service is available to all UO Staff and Faculty.
