Use this service for technical assistance with the University Testing Center administration systems and affiliated infrastructure, including (but no limited to):

System/Application
Testing Center lab and administration computers Specialized testing software
LanSchool Testing integrity and camera systems

How to Create a Ticket

To request support testing click Create a Ticket (upper right corner)

Availability and Access

  • University Testing Center staff members with authorized access.
  • Services are accessed in various ways.
  • Client software is available on authorized systems.
  • Basic training is needed depending on the level of use. Student access, depending on position, is managed by the direct supervisor where they are assigned a security role based on their position.
  • University Testing Center systems are available during business hours of the University Testing Center.  Excluding scheduled maintenance periods.
