Use this service to request phone bridging for Microsoft Teams and/or Skype for Business.

How to Create a Ticket

To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide:

  • Billing coordinator for your Microsoft campus agreement and/or O365 subscription
  • Number of licenses to purchase
  • Duck IDs of people getting the license(s)

Access to Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and/or Skype for Business

To use phone bridging for Microsoft Teams meetings, ensure your devices and email are configured to enable you to create Microsoft Teams meetings via the Outlook "Teams Meeting" add-in. See Creating a Microsoft Teams Meeting for more information. 

Phone bridging for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business is expected to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
