Use this service to request network and phone services for short-term events, such as:
- Athletic events
- Sports and stadium venue temporary network and phone connections
- Constructions projects
- Concerts
- Other temporary events
How to Create a Ticket
To request support click Create a Ticket (top right of the page) and provide the following required information:
- Title (short description of request)
- Company name
- Billing information
- Dates for temporary service
- Where will event be held
- Description of the request
Availability and Access
Sports media professionals and other contracted entities.
Network and/or phone services must be requested in advance of the event. If the request is not received in a timely manner, this may result in not being able to test your network and/or phone connections prior to the event.
Normal service preparation and setup for network and phone services is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PT.
