Use this service to request help when looking at new technology tools, working on technology-related business process issues or other times you just need "general IT help". Example may include, but not limited to:

  • inviting IT to new building or renovation meetings
  • including IT in RFI/RFP processes
  • inviting IT to listen in about a business process that is inefficient or ineffective in your department and planning a technology solution to improve it.
